What was I doing in the cemetery all these years?

By Mykyta Ryzhykh

What was I doing in the cemetery all these years? I was lying. It was raining. I was falling. Again. During this time my sister turned into a frozen icon and now I don’t understand how to address her. I never had a sister, but she lived inside me somewhere between my heart and the God who never existed either. No one noticed that I disappeared, not even myself.

Seven days passed in a week. The second year has begun. I was still standing at my home in the widow's cemetery. I buried myself.
